Cart Conversion
We diagnosed why visitors to an online glasses shopping site were adding items to their carts but failing to complete their purchases. After simulating user interviews, usability tests, & focus groups to identify pain points, we (a) created detailed personas to highlight the customer's journey, (b) provided insights on pain points, (c) generated solutions, & (d) designed research to evaluate these solutions.
Voice of the Customer Analysis
Using a survey of former and current members, we identified causes of the churn. Then, we developed and evaluated a solution using an A/B test and quantitative analyses. In our final deliverable - a Powerpoint presentation to the C-suite - we delivered key insights and concrete recommendations for immediate next steps and long-term strategy.
Market Research: Product Diversification
We evaluated the viability of extending operating hours & diversifying products to include alcohol for a coffee shop near a college campus. Drawing on market research techniques & our proposed research plan, the executive summary included information on market size, market demand, market saturation, a SWOT analysis, & final concrete recommendations.
